Filangieri Capital Partners and Managing Partner Richard Greco Jr. are pleased to announce that eleven of twelve causes of action in a 2010 civil lawsuit brought against them were dismissed on October 18, 2017 by Commercial Division New York Supreme Court Associate Justice Saliann Scarpulla. The final cause of action involved a disagreement of material facts between the parties and therefore could not be dismissed, but it was settled after a brief mediation.
